General Purpose

The Student Company Manager will manage the 12 - 16 student company participants.

Example of Duties

• Create the rehearsal schedule.
• Determines the casting for Spring Forward and community shows.
• Organize community shows and participation in the UNCSA Festival.
• Artistic Director for Spring Forward.
• Youth Rehearsal Director for Clara’s Trip.
• Assist in choreographing the Oz lead solos and acting transition scenes for The Wizard of Oz Student Showcase
• Create and maintain the budget and update it regularly.
• Recruit Student Company members for next season in the Spring.
• Co-lead the Spring and Fall audition with the School Director
• Communicate timely with parent and students.

• Enthusiasm for CC&DC’s mission and programming
• Superior customer service skills - Friendly, cheerful, hardworking, enthusiastic, and energetic
• Excellent planning, task management, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities amidst uncertainty
• Demonstrated success managing youth, teens and parents/legal guardians.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate groups with a variety of perspectives
